In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest.
Billing: Services for prepaid customers will resume every 12 months and charged to the card on file no more than 30 days prior to your final application on your program(s). We implement this method so you never miss an application that is needed for your property. Each pay per app customer is scheduled out indefinitely until they call to cancel.
If our technicians come out to service your property and are told to leave or are unable to perform said service because of the following examples:
- Certain people in household are unaware that services have been started
- Client is not ready to be treated
- Construction is going on
- Debris in the way of treatment
- Community Code is never given and we cannot access the property.
- Back gate is locked
ABL will charge a $25 fee to the clients account to cover cost of travel/labor. This fee applies ONLY if we informed client via email and text 1 day prior and followed all instructions in terms of call or text ahead per client request attached to their account.
Most companies no longer treat for this type of weed - WE DO & guarantee the best results on Bermuda & Zoysia Lawns. However, St Augustine Turf is more sensitive than other grass types. Which means if you have a breakout of Dallisgrass on a St Augustine Lawn, and we treat this particular weed, please understand it may kill out the grass under and around it. If this occurs we will not be liable to replace the sod. (Also to note: 2-3 follow ups MAY be needed in order to fully eradicate Dallisgrass during the summer months, once temps have exceeded 90 degrees. An application fee will be billed to the customer per service directly if these treatments are requested).
Refund Policies are as follows: In order for a Prepaid customer to receive any kind of refund they are required to have been treated for a minimum of 6 months and to have followed all recommendations and/or instructions we have given them up to that point. If a client has not met both the above requirements, all payments to America's Best Lawncare will be forfeited. If a client has followed those instructions, we will offer a prorated refund back to the customer for services not yet completed, minus discounts, taxes & fees, as well as chemical costs for the entire 12 months of service.. An alternative option we offer is a transfer of services not yet performed on the property to a customer's new location/property (sq. footage would be re-measured to make up the difference if necessary). We do not currently offer refunds for a Pay Per App customer. Once chemicals have been purchased and placed on your lawn, a payment then becomes due for those services rendered.
*Special price of 50% off is for first Lawn application only, for new residential & commercial Annual Prepaid customers only, and applies to lawns less than 10,000 square feet only. *Special price of 35% off is for first Lawn application only, for new residential and commercial Annual Prepaid customers only, and applies to lawns between 10,000 – 20,000 square feet. *Special price of 25% off is for first Lawn application only, for new residential and commercial Annual Prepaid customers only, and applies to lawns above 20,000 square feet. *In combination a 7% annual discount will also apply for all Annual Prepaid customers for any size lawn. *Pay per application customers do not receive discounts of any kind. *Our guarantee applies to those who have signed up for an annual plan, whether that be on a pay per app or a prepaid basis. *All programs include Free Service Calls and Retreats. *On a property of 25,000 square feet or more, 3-4 follow ups MAY be needed in order to eradicate Dallisgrass during the summer months, once temps have exceeded 90 degrees. An application fee could be billed to the customer directly if additional treatments become necessary. *If our company comes out to service your property at any time and is told to leave due to lack of communication (ex; people in household are unaware that services have been started) we will charge a $25 fee to cover cost of travel/labor.
